| A university-wide facility at the University of Arkansas, the Survey Research Center is located on the campus in Fayetteville. The Center provides a wide range of high quality research support for faculty and administrators, federal, state, and local government agencies, media, not-for-profit organizations and others.
The Survey Research Center's goal is to promote, enhance and facilitate social science research. As a land-grant university, the University of Arkansas' mission is teaching, research, and service. The Survey Research Center subscribes to these goals and is organized to address them by:
- Increasing the University's research capacity
- Improving research productivity
- Enhancing administrative decision-making
- Augmenting teaching in many fields
- Serving clients from the wider community
The SRC's mission is to provide high quality survey research services to members of the University and the larger community.
The SRC contributes to undergraduate and graduate education by integrating with course work and seeking innovative ways to involve students.
